Don’t know about you folks, but I hear ENTIRELY ENOUGH from the Thief-in-Chief through other platforms. I do not need FEMA changing our communications system to enable him to send direct, non-refusable “presidential alerts” to every cellphone subscriber in the United States.
It’s a dangerously bad idea. Will you please take a moment to contact FEMA — whose bad idea this *supposedly* is — and tell them you don’t want Trump Texts? You don’t want your tax dollars going to a blatantly authoritarian move. Since when is government communication a one-way, non-negotiable stream?
You guys are smart. You know what to do. PLEASE RECOMMEND this diary if you want to help stop this lousy idea.
